Hi, I'm Uzma 

I'm a proud mum of two wonderful girls and a dedicated childminder with over 12 years of experience. Working with children and supporting families has always been my passion. I love creating a nurturing environment where little ones can thrive and helping parents navigate the ups and downs of family life. 

Throughout my time as a childcare provider, I have had the privilege of caring for over 200 families, each with their own unique journey. I am also responsible for providing support and guidance to my amazing team, who share my passion and bring their own unique skills and interests. 

Hi, I'm Danielle.

I have worked in early years settings on the Isle of Sheppey for over 25 years now and have worked in Day nurseries, primary schools and ran my own childminding and pre school settings.

Over the past 25 years I have been fortunate enough to be able to develop different skills and training opportunities and have had great experiences and memories within the childcare sector. Watching children progress in their development, overcome obstacles and develop their own character over time is always something that brings me joy to watch.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, trips to the theatre attending concerts and going on adventures with my dog. 

Hi, I’m India.
I hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and I have 5 years experience working with children in a couple of different settings.
I’ve had experience with children within my family who are school-aged and are SEN.
I enjoy working in the baby/toddler room as well as working with the school-aged children at the afterschool clubs.
I love messy play and dancing with the children as well as a lot of other activities with the Early Years children.
I also enjoy playing football and playing UNO as well as other activities and games with the school-aged children at the afterschool clubs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, colouring and spending time with my family and friends!


 

Hi, I'm Jessica,

I have 2 children of my own and  have worked in childcare for 12 years in a few different nursery settings, i have been a previous room leader. I hold a level 3 qualification in childcare and safeguarding and have attended many training courses so I can deliver the best to your children.
I have a special passion for tuff tray activities, reading and speech and language. I work in the pre school room and after school clubs.



 

Hi I’m Keisha

I have a little girl of my own, and have also worked as a TA/HLTA in both primary and secondary schools over the last 4 years; including one of which was SEMH. 

I have a passion for dance and have also delivered dance classes to children aged 3+ throughout the years. 

I am very keen on working with and understanding children with additional needs and find it super rewarding. I love seeing children having the opportunity to explore their creative sides and seeing their characters evolve!

You’ll normally find me at the afterschool clubs, but occasionally I work in the mornings with our breakfast club children!

Hi there! I’m Chloe,

 I’m really excited to share a bit about myself. I have a Level 3 qualification and have recently completed training in different areas of early years and childcare. 

As a former child of a childminder, I know just how important it is to create a caring and nurturing environment for children. I’m proud to say I earned 3 A* distinctions in my childcare course!

Throughout my experience, I’ve had the joy of working with babies and school-aged kids, and I loved being part of the After-School team as well. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy baking up delicious treats and spending time with my family and friends.

Hi, I'm Hayley

I hold a level 3 in childcare and I am a level 3 qualified SENCO, I am very passionate about my job role and love working with the children. I have completed lots of training to further my knowledge, understanding and experience within childcare. I have been room leader and deputy manager in a couple of settings over the years. i have two children of my own, I enjoy spending time with them and my family outside of work, we enjoy taking our dog on long walks.
